Additionally, all of our staff has been trained in facilitation techniques to maximize the best result for our association clients. We understand the importance of a firm hand along with flexibility when warranted in resolving collections issues. We do not subscribe to the “timeline” method whereby collection efforts are inflexible and identical in every case. We believe that a better result can be achieved when research, strategy and collaboration are part of the equation.
